Use Caution When Using On-Line Community Calendars!
Last week while perusing the new on=line calendar of the Daily Globe several if not many errors were discovered by  a staff reporter of IronwoodInfo. The entries for The Saint Sebastian Pasty Sale and the Gogebic County Economic Development Commission were erroneous. After verifying these and other entries event holders were notified and correcting entries have been made by the Globe . It was not clear if the errors were the cause of computer programs purchased by the Globe or human error. We tried to contact Globe cub reporter, Magaret Levra, who failed to return our telephone calls.

USE CAUTION when using any community calendar whether it's on-line or in print! While the staff of IronwoodInfo attempts to provide correct information Conventional Wisdom tells us that any event can be changed or cancelled. You should always verify date, time and accuracy of the information with the event holder. Special care should be taken with special meetings of Ironwood City Government who are known to cancel meetings without notifying the public.
