Franconia Potatoes

Ingredients
Large potatoes

Do not use small ones as they will bake dry and crusty!

Directions
Pare large potatoes.
Boil 15 minutes and drain well.
Place in Baking Pan with roast.
Cook 45 minutes.
Turn often and baste with pan juices.
Serve with meat.

Alternative:

Place on separate pan without par-boiling.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
