Ingredients |
3/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt or 2 cloves, crushed
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. celery salt4 boneless, skinless breast halves (approx.
1 lb.)
Marinate chicken several hours. Grill. |
Directions |
Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic salt
celery salt and tarragon in a shallow baking dish. Add chicken,
turning once to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes,
turning once. Prepare charcoal or heat broiler. Grill or broil
chicken 4 inches from heat, turning once, 3-5 minutes per side,
or until completely cooked through. |
