Total Cooking Time: 7 to 9 minutes
1 1/2 pounds asparagus, cleaned
and cut in pieces or Two packages (9 ounces each)
frozen
cut asparagus can be substituted for
fresh asparagus; omit water.
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced fresh
parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4teaspoon white pepper

In a 2-quart micro-proof casserole,
combine asparagus and water. Cover.
Use COOK cycle and cook 6 to 7
minutes, or until tender, stirring once
during cooking time: drain. Combine
remaining ingredients, mixing lightly to
coat asparagus.
Use COOK cycle and
cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated
through.
