Place almonds and butter in a 1 1/2 qt. micro proof dish Cook
7 to 8 minutes or until almonds are golden. Stirring once during
the cook time.
Remove almonds with slotted spoon and set a side.
Add fish filets and turn to coat both sides.
Cover with plastic
Cook 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is opaque.
Sprinkle with salt, lemon pepper, and almonds.
Cover and let stand 3 minutes prior to serving.
