Mint Sauce

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
few grains pepper
1/8 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

 

 

 

 

 

Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings.
Add water and cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add mint and serve.
