TEXAS GRILLED CHICKEN

 
2 fryers, quartered (or breast work good)
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. beer (optional)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. mono glutamate (Accent)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. oil



 

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Cover chicken with sauce and marinate for at least 2 hours. Arrange on grill 8 inches from coals. Cook and brush on sauce every few minutes. Turn when partly done. Cook 1 hour or until fork can be inserted with ease.
