LSB Performs At Bad River |

Odanah - November 22, 2009 Saturday night the Lowell Street Band performed at the Bad Bear Casino located in Odanah, WI. The Casino’s Kakagon Room was filled to capacity with LSB groupies and other rock aficionados. This was a great venue to hear the LSB. The sound system and lighting system were top notch, as was the band, but aren’t they always? The group performed four one hour sets beginning at 8 PM Saturday night, and while one might be tempted to just sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of our favorite band, others preferred to get up and dance. The dance floor began filling up during the second half of the first set. Half way through the second set the Gents began to join their Lady companions as well. When the first slow song began the dance floor was filled with guys dancing with their favorite squeeze. Some things never change. |

| This was Lowell Street Band’s final performance for 2009. The group will take a few months off this winter to put together an all new show. They will return to the stage in the spring. There is a June performance planned for the Historic Ironwood Theatre (Ironwood, MI), date yet to be determined. On July 30 the group is scheduled for Flambeau Rama (Park Falls, WI). Next Labor day weekend the band will perform at Festivale Italiano, Hurley, WI on September 4th. and on October 9th the LSB will entertain at the WhistleStop/Blues & Brews in Ashland, WI | |
