| Village of Ontonagon Flower Beautification Linda Graham, reporting On Saturday, May 13, 2009, a group of ten ambitious Ontonagon residents got together to fill the flower planters that will adorn the main street this summer. A total of 16 planters were completed and then the group turned their attention to the big flower garden on main street and James K. Paul Park near the Holiday Stationstore. Many annuals were planted in among the perennials for splashes of color which hopefully will last through the summer season. The group started this project at 9:00AM and worked diligently till noon. Betty Porter has been the "Layout Designer" for the past several years. Betty expressed her gratitude to each and every one of workers.
