LSB Opens Season at Relay For Life

IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP - The Lowell Street Band opened their new season at the Relay for Life. America's favorite Classic Rock Band donated a free benefit concert for the Relay event. In addition to their performance, the band  sold LSB tee shirts with the proceeds going to the Relay For Life.

Loyal LSB fans were on hand to listen and to dance to the band's great music.

It was a busy day for at least three members of the Lowell Street Band. Immediately proceeding the LSB performance, Bill Hamlin, LSB guitarist performed with his group "City Prayz", a really terrific group.

Dan Pitrone is a trumpet player and musical arranger for LSB.  Dan is also the director, arranger, composer, and soloist for the Marty's Goldenaires Drum and Bugle Corps. Marty's Goldenaires performed at the Relay For Life earlier in the day.

Steve Boyd, trumpet player for LSB is also the music director at LLW. Earlier in the day Steve and his summer band (5th-8th grades) gave an outstanding concert at Luther L. Wright High School.
